Blending & Compounding

Raw Materials

We have access to most of the major brand-name products (Chemicals and Base Oils). We have capabilities to receive products by rail car and tank trucks.

Additives

We currently terminal products for major additive manufacturers and have long-standing relationships with other manufacturers, which provide us access to entire major brand name additives.

Batch Blends

We provide substantial blending capabilities with seven blend kettles: 400 gallons; 1,100 gallons; 2,000 gallons; 2,800 gallons; 7,000 gallons; 10,000 gallons and one stainless steel blending tank with a capacity of 5,700 gallons with a digital weight calibrated system. We have Lightnin mixers in the 1,100 gallon; 2,000 gallon, 2,800 gallon, 7,000; and 10,000 blend tanks as well as Pulsair mixers.

Quality Control

All blended products are tested to verify they are within the specification range of our customers requirements. We utilize our on-site laboratory to verify the physical tests along with a wide range of metals content.
